1:1 Memoir Coaching — 4-Week Add-On

For the writers who don't just want a deadline — they want someone in the room.

The 90-Day Memoir Program gets you writing. This is for the weeks it isn't enough. Four weekly, 75-minute live sessions — one facilitator, one writer, one manuscript getting the attention it's been circling for years. Part craft coaching, part accountability, part someone looking you in the eye and saying "write the hospital scene."

What's actually happening in these sessions

  • Writing craft coaching — structure, scene work, voice, the technical stuff that's hard to self-diagnose.
  • Motivational / accountability support — the weekly check-in that turns "I'll get to it" into pages on the page.
  • An emotionally attuned undertone — because memoir writing surfaces things, and a good facilitator doesn't pretend it doesn't.

An honest note on what this is not

This is coaching, not therapy. It is never marketed or delivered as therapy, emotional therapy, or any clinical/licensed mental health service — regardless of how tender the material gets — unless your facilitator is a licensed therapist operating within their license. If you need clinical support, this program will point you toward it rather than stand in for it.

Two ways this gets facilitated

Emotionally Supportive / Trauma-Informed track — the broader, more approachable entry point. Blends craft coaching with grounded, trauma-informed presence. Typical range: $150–175 per session, ~$600–700 for the full 4-week arc.

Psycho-Spiritual Support track — for writers who want the coaching to lean into the brand's ceremonial, ancient-tea-sitting register. Facilitated by those with genuine psycho-spiritual or spiritual-direction training. Typical range: $175–225 per session, ~$700–900 for the full 4-week arc.
